About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Executive to join the team. This role is suitable for both experienced candidates and fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers to introduce the company's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Follow up on sales leads and convert opportunities into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. No prior sales experience is required.
- Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented personality.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Possession of own transportation is preferred and may be required for sales activities.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Basic Salary: RM2,800 - RM4,200, depending on experience.
- Commission: Attractive tiered commission structure, with average total monthly income of RM5,000+ achievable once established.
- Bonus: Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) / 13th-month bonus.
- Statutory Benefits: EPF, SOCSO and EIS contributions.
