Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies, procedures, and knowledge materials.
- Support the preparation of FAQs, guides, and employee communications.
- Assist with testing HR systems and process enhancements (e.g., MyHR).
- Help maintain project documents, trackers, and testing records.
- Support the development of employee guides to improve HR service experience.
- Perform administrative and ad hoc tasks assigned by the team.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Good English communication is an advantage.
Learning Opportunities:
