German-Speaking Customer Expert Consultant Hybrid – Sofia, Bulgaria (Relocation Support)
Role Overview
Are you a fluent German speaker looking for a stable career with high earning potential? We are seeking German-Speaking Billing Service & Technical Support / Sales Agents to join our international team in Sofia, Bulgaria.
In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve billing and technical issues, and identify sales opportunities. This position requires no prior experience, offers a fully remote work option within Bulgaria, and features an unlimited sales bonus structure where top performers earn over €1,000 extra per month.
Requirements
Language: Professional fluency in German (C1 or C2 level).
Experience: No previous experience required—fully suitable for entry-level candidates and students.
Skills: Strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and a customer-oriented mindset.
Flexibility: Ability to work shifts scheduled between Monday and Saturday, from 09:00 to 21:00.
Compensation & Salary Conditions
Base Salary: €1,636.14 gross/month.
Billing Skills Bonus: +€102.25 gross/month.
Unlimited Sales Bonus: High incentives for performance, with top earners bringing in over €1,000/month.
Total Monthly Earning Potential: €1,636 to €2,557 gross/month.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Care: Provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers regarding technical issues and account inquiries.
Billing & Admin: Handle billing questions, process transactions, and resolve account discrepancies.
Sales Identification: Recognize customer needs and introduce relevant product upgrades or sales opportunities.
Issue Escalation: Analyze complex issues and route them efficiently to the appropriate internal departments.
