Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

Our buyers research on LinkedIn, X, YouTube and peer communities long before they talk to sales. You'll make sure Loop shows up there with content worth following, not product announcements on repeat.

This is a hands-on role. You'll set the social and content strategy and prove impact in pipeline terms. You'll work closely with product marketing, sales, customer success, and our leadership team, whose personal profiles are part of the channel.

What you'll do

You'll own social end to end, from strategy to the post to the pipeline report.

• Build and own the social strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and relevant communities, tied to monthly & quarterly marketing goals.
• Run a monthly content calendar aligned with launches, campaigns, events and sales priorities.

• Write, produce and publish posts, carousels, short-form video, polls, LinkedIn newsletters and LinkedIn Events.
• Turn existing assets (webinars, case studies, reports, customer calls, sales decks) into social-native content.
• Brief and manage designers, video editors and freelancers, and keep everything on brand.
• Spot industry conversations early and decide quickly whether we join them.

• Run the executive social program: ghostwrite or co-write posts for the CEO and 2–3 leaders.
• Build an employee advocacy program that makes it easy for sales and other teams to share and post.

• Monitor and respond to comments, mentions and DMs; route sales signals and support issues to the right team.
• Take part in groups, communities and creator conversations where our buyers spend time.
• Build relationships with industry creators and partners for collaborations and co-marketing.

• Track performance weekly and report monthly on leads & influenced pipeline and on reach, engagement, follower growth, traffic from our ICP
• Use social listening and competitor benchmarks to sharpen the strategy.
• Feed audience questions and objections back to product marketing and sales.

What you bring

• 4–7 years in social media marketing, with at least 2 in B2B (SaaS, tech or professional services preferred).
• A portfolio of B2B social content you created or led; with the results it drove.
• Deep LinkedIn and X knowledge: how the feed rewards content, company pages, newsletters, Events and Campaign Manager.
• Sharp writing. You can explain a complex product in plain, punchy language and switch between brand and executive voices.
• Hands-on paid social experience with budgets of [$X+/month], reporting on cost per lead and pipeline.
• Comfort with data: you set up UTMs, read dashboards and connect social activity to CRM outcomes.
• Experience helping executives build their personal brand.
• Strong project management across many stakeholders, without dropping deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce or shopify app ecosystem.
• Short-form video skills: scripting and shooting (editing can be outsourced)
• You've built an employee advocacy or creator program from scratch.
• Familiarity with ABM platforms and intent data.
• An active personal presence on LinkedIn with an engaged following.
