- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of model design with business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve model architectures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Document design decisions and model performance metrics to support knowledge sharing.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in model development.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with neural network design and optimization techniques.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing concepts and methodologies.
- Familiarity with handling large-scale unlabeled text datasets for training purposes.
- Ability to implement and fine-tune complex model parameters to improve output quality.
- Knowledge of model evaluation metrics and techniques to assess language model performance.
