Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, your day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. You will focus on creating neural network configurations that efficiently process vast amounts of unstructured text data. Collaborating with various teams, you will ensure the models are scalable and optimized for performance, while continuously refining architectures to meet evolving project goals. Your role is pivotal in pushing the boundaries of natural language processing technologies through innovative design and strategic planning.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable language model architectures.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Snowflake Data Warehouse, Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- Strong understanding of neural network design and optimization techniques.
- Experience in handling large-scale unstructured text datasets for model training.
- Familiarity with natural language processing frameworks and tools.
- Ability to evaluate and improve model performance through rigorous testing and validation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
