Description
Financial & Claims Data Analyst to turn financial and claims data into clear reporting and savings opportunities.
What you'll do
- Pull and mine data from SAP, AS400, Facets, and Business Objects
- Prepare month-end reporting and analysis
- Analyze claims data, collection rates, and productivity, and report trends
- Build reports, charts, and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint
- Track and report financial and operational KPIs
- Identify process improvements and quantify savings
- Work with managers and other departments to gather, analyze, and summarize data
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, Computer Science, Math/Statistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of financial, operational, or claims data analysis
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and PowerPoint
- ERP experience (SAP preferred)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- A self-starter who works well under deadlines
Pluses: healthcare claims or payer experience (Facets), AS400, Business Objects
