Description
A leading, multinational business is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead its finance and accounting functions, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, regulatory compliance and internal controls across multiple entities.
The role will involve preparing and presenting financial statements and management reports, managing external and internal audits, overseeing regulatory submissions, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. The successful candidate will also support business planning, monitor financial performance, oversee accounts payable, receivable and reinsurance functions, and drive process improvements and finance-related projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or a related field, together with a recognised professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA or ACCA.
- At least 10 years of post-qualified experience.
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects and competing deadlines in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, along with demonstrated experience supervising staff and building effective relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Possess excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and organisational skills.
