Corporate Partner

Location: Beverly Hills, CA (flexible/hybrid)
Compensation: Competitive + bonus (based on experience and book)

A respected mid-sized law firm is seeking a Corporate Partner to join and help expand its growing transactional practice. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative platform with strong existing clients across real estate, private wealth, and middle-market businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage M&A and general corporate transactions from inception through closing

• Advise clients on business structuring, governance, and strategic transactions

• Develop and maintain client relationships, with the opportunity to grow a practice

• Collaborate with partners across litigation, real estate, and private wealth groups

• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the growth of the corporate practice

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar admission

• 8+ years of corporate/transactional experience

• Experience handling M&A, commercial transactions, and general corporate matters

• Portable book of business preferred, but not required

• Strong client management and business development skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in practice growth
