You'll work closely with our Centres of Excellence (COEs) and broader HR team across the end-to-end people cycle (including succession, engagement, merit, AOP, and performance/OPR). The role also has one direct report (HRBP), currently based in Melbourne.
What you’ll be responsible for

Partner with the Employee Relations Lead to progress the ER/IR agenda, including bargaining activities across sites (as applicable)
Lead core talent and performance activities (performance, development, retention, succession)
Coach and advise leaders on employee relations, ways of working, leadership capability, and team effectiveness
Collaborate with COEs (TA, Reward, L&D) to deliver integrated solutions
Support delivery of key HR projects (change, engagement, capability, culture)
Use data to identify insights and opportunities, including building MPR packs and improving HR processes
What you’ll bring
Strong HR partnering experience in a complex, fast-paced organisation (typically 8–10 years in similar roles)
Confidence influencing and building relationships with leaders at multiple levels
Solid working knowledge across core HR practices (performance, employee relations, talent, learning, reward fundamentals)
Comfortable working with HR data and systems (HRIS), with strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to handle matters with discretion and confidentiality
What will help you succeed
FMCG or similarly complex matrix environment experience
Exposure to partnering with dispersed teams and/or multi-site organisations
Workday experience (or similar HRIS)
Knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation
Tertiary qualification in HR (or related discipline)
What we offer
A meaningful opportunity to make impact quickly in a senior HR partnering role
Exposure across ANZ Corporate and Commercial stakeholders
Support from an established HR team and specialist COEs
Flexible working arrangements in line with role and business needs
