Description
You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, working closely with Department Heads across Software, Art, and IBS to ensure alignment, delivery excellence, and long-term client success.
This role is both client-facing and strategic, with a strong focus on retention, growth, and overall account health.
- Client Ownership & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Lead regular check-ins, governance calls, and business reviews - Delivery Oversight & Coordination
Work closely with Department Heads and Project Managers to ensure smooth delivery
Monitor project health, timelines, and client satisfaction
Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal execution - Client Advocacy & Strategy
Understand client goals, priorities, and challenges
Represent client needs internally and ensure proactive support
Develop account strategies to improve retention and satisfaction - Revenue Growth & Account Expansion
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Partner with Sales and Delivery teams to grow account value
Support renewals and contract extensions proactively - Risk Management & Escalations
Identify risks early, including delivery, relationship, or commercial risks
Manage escalations with professionalism and urgency
Drive resolution while maintaining client trust - Reporting & Account Health
Track and report on account performance, satisfaction, and growth
Maintain visibility on revenue, utilization, and opportunities within accounts
Provide regular updates to leadership on key accounts
- Strong client relationship management, able to build trust and handle senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, clear, proactive, and confident in client-facing situations
- Proven experience in account management with a focus on retention and growth
- Strong coordination and delivery oversight across multiple teams
- High ownership, able to manage issues, escalations, and drive resolutions independently
