We are looking for a Client Intake Specialist in our Nashville office who brings genuine empathy, clear communication, and the discipline to follow a proven system consistently.
This is not a traditional sales role. The people who call us are often in crisis. Your job is to be the calm, clear voice that meets them where they are, helps them understand their options, and guides them toward a confident next step. If you have done emotionally demanding work where people depended on you to stay steady while they couldn't, this role was designed for you.
You will work alongside a collaborative legal team in a structured, coaching-oriented environment where expectations are clear, feedback is direct and respectful, and strong performance is recognized and rewarded.
