Overview
As Head of Revenue Growth, you'll own the complete revenue engine for mature platforms in social discovery and live-streaming. Responsibilities include P&L accountability, paid acquisition strategy across mobile and web, monetization planning, and product growth experiments. You'll work directly with executive leadership to drive scalable growth through data-driven decisions, A/B testing, and optimization of unit economics. The role requires extensive experience in performance marketing for digital products and strong analytical capabilities.
Description
We are looking for a Head of Revenue Growth. You will own the full revenue engine across a portfolio of mature, monetizing platforms in social discovery and live-streaming, not one funnel, not one channel, but the whole picture. That means P&L accountability, paid acquisition across mobile and web, monetization strategy, product growth experiments, and the unit economics that tie it all together. You will work directly with the CEO, Head of Marketing, Head of DS & AI, and five Product Owners . We move fast, cut through bureaucracy, and give real ownership to people who can handle it.
