Overview
As a People Operations Lead at Watershed, you will build the operating model, systems foundation, and global infrastructure that will let Watershed scale with both intensity and care. You will own the People Ops operating model, evolve HR systems and data foundations, design employee support approaches, ensure global compliance, and lead vendor strategy. You will work closely with People Partners, Recruiting, Finance, and Legal. This role is based in Mexico City and serves global operations with a focus on US (60-70%) and global (30-40%) operations.
