Overview
As a Recruiting Specialist at HealthRIGHT360, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse positions across the organization. You'll partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, develop inclusive job postings, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS data, and manage the offer and onboarding process. The role requires building relationships with community organizations and workforce development programs to create diverse candidate pipelines. You'll facilitate new hire orientations twice monthly and contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on comprehensive care including medical, mental health, and substance use disorder treatment.
