JOB SUMMARY
This role performs tasks associated with sales activities of mutual funds and ILP; relationship enhancing and establishment with distributors, clients and PVA.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Assist in implementation and delivery of the mutual funds and ILP sales development plan.
• Deliver Mutual fund sales KPI
• Maintain relationship with distributors by making regular phone calls and company visits.
• Respond timely to the clients’ queries regarding the products
• Manage clients’ calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
• Assist in developing in-depth knowledge about business development practices and industry trends.
• Support in Sales Training to the current distributors, competitor analysis and market studies.
• Maintain up-to-date file notes (updated within one week of the latest meetings) on all distributors’ relationships.
• Assist in developing business proposals for new and existing distributors.
• Participate in industry forums, client discussions and conferences as a representative of the organization.
• Manage client relationship database and utilize it to create customer contacts and mailing list.
• Other duties assigned by the Head of BD, such as providing general clerical and sales support, arranging business meetings and appointments, researching and presenting information

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Graduate Degree in Economics, Finance or Marketing.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in financial field is preferable.
• Good sales skills and relationship management skills in the distribution area.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Excellent telephone & computer skills with proficiency in database management and word processing.
• Excellent communication skills in both English & Vietnamese.
