Description
1-Maintain and update engineering departments files and general paperwork.
2-Coordinate project management activities with vendor/supplier and other duties as assigned.
3-Perform general clerical duties such as maintaining general files, data entry, Capex, Invoice/DO matching for GRN and record of payment advice, follow-up to payment stage of related invoices.
4-Follow up and request for quotation from vendors.
