Overview
As a Senior Medical Coder, you will perform diagnosis coding of medical records for Medicare Part C Risk Adjustment Data Validation (RADV) initiatives. Your responsibilities include conducting intake reviews, responding to appeals, participating in QA panels, and mentoring junior coders. You'll work with inpatient, outpatient, and physician office records, ensuring compliance with ICD-9/ICD-10 guidelines. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
