- Coordinate interview scheduling and recruitment administration, including candidate and hiring manager communications, room bookings, compliance checks, and in-person interview support.
- Deliver a positive and proactive experience for hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, and offer management.
- Build effective relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, providing professional talent acquisition advice and recruitment solutions.
- Support Talent Acquisition and HRO projects, initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with University policies and procedures.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of partnering with business stakeholders to deliver effective recruitment outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess:

- At least three years' recruitment experience gained in an agency, in-house, and/or RPO environment.
- Experience using recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong customer service orientation, with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working to recruitment KPIs, including hiring efficiency, cost management, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Proficiency in both English and Cantonese (Mandarin is beneficial), to enable effective communication with candidates and stakeholders
The appointment will be made on a six-month initial contract.
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits will be provided where applicable.
Please apply on or before: 27 July 2026.
(Information provided by applicants will be used for recruitment and other employment-related purposes. Applicants should read the Personal Information Collection Statement before submission of application.)
