Part-Time Facility Attendant - Mailroom

Performs responsible paraprofessional work opening, closing and monitoring facility operations and generally works in the Stafford County Government Center; does related work as required. Duties are performed under regular supervision.
The hiring range for this position is $15.71/hour to $21.61/hour based on experience.
The full salary range for this position is $15.71/hour to $27.50/hour to provide opportunity for growth and development. 

• Prepares facilities for use; monitoring facility operations and activities;
• Opens, closes and monitors facilities during evening and weekend meetings;
• Sort and deliver mail to departments;
• Pick up mail at the post office;
• Sets up facilities, providing supplies and equipment;
• Provides information to the public regarding center activities;
• Performs related tasks as required.

• Ability to instruct common activities; 
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with other workers, program participants and the general public; 
• Ability to enforce rules and regulations and maintain discipline.

Graduation from high school or equivalent experience.
