Job Description 

Unbridled Media is looking for a Project Manager to keep creative projects moving from kickoff to final delivery. You’ll manage multiple video projects at a time, working with clients, producers, editors, creative teams, and freelance crews to keep timelines, budgets, and deliverables on track. Your project mix may shift over time based on client needs and the needs of our growing team, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety and can jump into different kinds of projects.
 
You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your projects, keep communication clear, solve problems as they come up, and make sure both our clients and our team have what they need to do great work.
 
This is a hands-on role for someone who likes being in the middle of things, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in making complicated projects feel manageable.
 

Successful candidates will have the following: 

• 3+ years of professional experience in project management, production, account coordination or a related field
• Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, deadlines, and deliverables at the same time
• Strong communication skills
• Comfort working independently and taking ownership of your work
• Experience with budgets, estimates, and/or invoicing
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
• Based in the St. Louis area
• Experience at an agency, production company, or in-house creative team
• Experience working directly with clients
• Experience with video production or on set/field producing
• Understanding of the post-production process
• An interest in creative work, such as scriptwriting, concepting, or simply being curious about how things get made

What you would be doing at Unbridled:  

• Manage multiple video projects from initial request through production and final delivery
• Gather project details, build timelines, and help develop budgets and resource plans
• Keep clients and internal teams aligned on timelines, deliverables, next steps, and changes
• Field produce video shoots as needed, including development of call sheets and shot lists, coordinating crew, talent, and locations, and keeping shoots on time and on budget
• Source, negotiate rates, and book freelance shooters, editors and production crew
• Manage post-production timelines, coordinating editors and motion designers, managing feedback and revisions, and making sure final files meet client expectations
• Track project expenses and support project invoicing
• Help with administrative and operational tasks that keep our team running smoothly, such as scheduling, vendor and contractor paperwork, accounts payable support, and process documentation
• Look for ways to improve our workflows, tools, and processes
• Travel for shoots as needed, with the heaviest travel typically in Q1
