Overview

• Assist in developing and implementing media plans by analyzing market and consumer data, identifying target audiences, and selecting appropriate media channels.
• Understand and contribute to achieving agreed KPIs and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with the planning team and cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective media strategies.
• Support the wider media team with day-to-day activities related to strategic channel and media planning.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications.

Responsibilities

Technical & Product:

• Understand client briefs and develop media plans aligned with client objectives.
• Create and manage MRFs, coordinating with creative and media agencies to ensure timely campaign execution.
• Manage digital campaign trafficking and coordinate with the TAAG team for proper implementation.
• Manage campaign launches and ensure client expectations are met.
• Prepare client status reports, campaign performance reports, and optimization recommendations.
• Ensure accurate and timely campaign bookings and oversee the invoicing process.
• Use media planning and research tools such as Z/X Plan, GWI, Euromonitor, WARC, and SimilarWeb.
• Knowledge of digital platforms including DV360, Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, X, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with a commercial mindset focused on ROI.

Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency:

• In-depth knowledge of advertising products, formats, channels, and always up to date on any new products in the market. 
• Understanding of the advertising and media industry and the role of media planning within it. 
• Experience with budget management and the ability to optimize media spending.
• Strong Time & project management skills and attention to detail. 
• Familiar with various industry digital planning tools like DV360, Google ads, Meta Business Manager, Snap Chat ads manager, Twitter ads manager, and TikTok Ads manager is a plus.

• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box. 
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
• Develop post-campaign reports, competitive monitoring, analysis & basic rationale for media plans and proposals for clients.                                            

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. 
• 1-2 years of experience in media planning (Offline & Online) or a related role. 
• Strong organizational skills, team player, ability to multitask, and work under pressure.
• Certifications on digital platforms is a plus.
