Sr. HR Associate (TA + HRBP)
Location: Noida (Work from Office) | Experience: 3–4 years | Reports to: Head of HR

Our flagship product, myBillBook, is India’s #1 billing, stock management & accounting platform, trusted by over 1 crore MSMEs across 18,000+ pincodes. On top of that foundation, we are now building a family of agentic AI products. This is AI that doesn’t just answer questions but does the work: making calls, booking appointments, collecting payments, and closing loops that used to need a full-time employee.
Today that family of products live in two markets: MyCashFlo, our AI collections manager for Indian businesses, and heyAnaya, our AI front desk for clinics in the UAE. Both run on a voice AI platform we built entirely in-house, with 881,000+ completed calls and counting across 12 languages from Hindi to Gulf Arabic.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Sr. HR Associate who loves hiring and genuinely cares about people. About 60% of your time will go into hiring for our non-tech teams. The other 40% goes into being the HR partner for ~100–120 employees, managing the full employee life cycle from onboarding to exit.
What You’ll Do
Talent Acquisition (~60%)
- Own end-to-end hiring for non-tech roles such as Inside Sales, Renewals and Marketing, along with intern hiring
- Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, Internshala, LinkedIn, referrals and outreach campaigns
- Partner with hiring managers to define JDs, screening criteria and timelines
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers through to joining
- Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience at every stage
- Coordinate with external recruitment vendors for timely, quality hiring
- Maintain hiring dashboards and trackers
HR Business Partnering (~40%)
- Be the go-to HR partner for ~100–120 employees across non-tech functions like Sales, Renewals, Marketing etc.
- Own onboarding and induction for new joiners
- Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution
- Support managers with performance conversations and PIPs, in partnership with the Head of HR
- Conduct exit conversations and manage separations, including documentation and full & final coordination with payroll
- Drive engagement initiatives, regular pulse checks and continuous feedback
- Support internal mobility and retention, especially for high-turnover roles
- Maintain HRBP trackers and ensure timely documentation (offer letters, background checks, exit paperwork)
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years in HR, with strong hands-on experience hiring for sales teams in a volume environment
- Hands-on exposure to the employee life cycle: onboarding, grievances, PIPs and exits
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- An empathetic yet assertive approach to people matters
- Comfort with job portals and hiring tools (Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn); Keka experience is a plus
- Startup or SaaS experience is a plus
