We are looking for a Senior Program Manager, Revenue Operations to take the initiatives that improve how we sell and turn them into delivered, adopted reality. This person is the connective tissue of our Revenue Operations team: the owner who takes a new product launch, a pricing change, a Salesforce improvement, or a process redesign from an idea on a roadmap through requirements, build, testing, rollout, and adoption – and then proves it worked.
You will run the RevOps program portfolio end to end, lead the go-to-market operational readiness for new products and offerings so the field can quote, sell, book, and report on day one. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Legal, Enablement, Deal Desk, and our Salesforce and Systems teams.
The ideal candidate is a finisher. You are organized enough to hold a dozen moving parts in a single credible plan, technical enough to write requirements a Salesforce team can build against, and persuasive enough to drive a decision out of a room of senior stakeholders when you own the outcome but not the org chart. You are equally comfortable running a steering review and building the checklist that keeps a launch from slipping.
What you’ll be doing:
- Part Program Manager, part GTM Engineer, own end-to-end delivery of the Revenue Operations program portfolio – driving initiatives from intake and scoping through requirements, build, testing, launch, adoption, and post-launch measurement, and maintaining a single source of truth for status, owners, dependencies, decisions, and risk.
- Partner with salesforce team in scoping, design and execution of RevOps process change needs
- Translate business problems into build-ready requirements – write user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for the Salesforce and Systems teams, coordinate and run UAT, and own the “what and why” of the change while the systems team owns the build.
- Serve as the go-to-market operational lead for new product, offering, and packaging launches – own the GTM readiness plan and checklist spanning product and price book setup, quoting and order forms, discount and approval rules, contracting and entitlement handoffs, provisioning, reporting and dashboards, and field enablement – so we can quote, sell, book, and report accurately from day one.
- Ensure sufficient change management across GTM process initiatives – stakeholder mapping, communication plans, training and enablement, documentation, and adoption tracking – so new ways of working are actually adopted rather than quietly abandoned.
- Drive continuous operational improvement – map current-state processes across the lead-to-cash motion, identify friction, manual effort, and broken handoffs, quantify the cost, and drive a prioritized queue of fixes to completion.
- Establish and run the program governance cadence – steering reviews with GTM leadership, status reporting, decision and risk logs, and clear escalation paths that keep initiatives unblocked and leaders informed without additional meetings.
- Own post-merger integration RevOps work streams to ensure data integrity, go-to-market execution and process builds support integration goals and targets
- Define and track success metrics for every program – baseline the before state, measure the after state, and report adoption and business impact rather than completion.
- Build and maintain the Revenue Operations process library – SOPs, rules of engagement, playbooks– so our processes are discoverable, teachable, and durable as the organization scales.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Legal, Enablement, Deal Desk, and Systems to align on scope, sequencing, and ownership, and to keep programs moving when priorities compete.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and improved workflows to remove manual effort from GTM processes and raise the productivity of the revenue organization.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Programs, Business Operations, a GTM-focused PMO, or management consulting, including direct ownership of cross-functional projects from intake through adoption.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, B2B sales, or high-growth organizations, ideally with recurring or subscription revenue models.
- A demonstrated track record of shepherding cross-functional programs to completion in environments where you owned the outcome without formal authority over the people delivering it.
- Strong Salesforce fluency – able to write clear requirements and user stories, speak credibly about objects, data structures, quoting/CPQ, and process automation. You do not need to be an administrator, but you must be able to hold your own with one.
- Experience with go-to-market launch readiness – supporting or owning the operational side of new product, offering, or packaging launches.
- Exposure to pricing operations – rate cards, discount and approval governance, deal desk, or quote-to-cash process – and comfort translating commercial decisions into operational requirements.
- Demonstrated change management and enablement experience: communication planning, training, documentation, and adoption measurement.
- Strong process design and documentation discipline – you can map a messy current state, design a better one, and write it down so it survives you.
- Comfort with reporting and BI tools such as Salesforce reporting, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker – enough to baseline a process, measure the change, and defend the numbers.
- Experience with project and work management tooling (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday) and pragmatic use of agile or hybrid delivery methods.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to run a steering conversation with senior leaders and drive a clear decision.
- Strong bias for action, high attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn and adopt new tools, including AI and automation platforms.
- Nice to have: Salesforce Administrator or CPQ certification, or a project/change management credential such as PMP, Prosci, or Scrum.
What’s in it for you:
- Hybrid work arrangements and competitive paid time off programs.
- Comprehensive commercial medical insurance coverage to meet all your healthcare needs.
- Competitive compensation with corporate bonus program & uncapped commission for quota-carrying Sales
- A creative, innovative, and global working environment in the creative and software technology industry
- Highly engaged Events Committee to keep work enjoyable.
- Reward & Recognition Programs (including President’s Club for all functions)
- Professional onboarding program, including robust targeted training for Sales function
- Development and advancement opportunities (high internal mobility across organization)
- Retirement planning options to save for your future, and so much more!
