Job Description

• CM(contract manufacturing) Management
• PCBA Unit cost, VMI cost, PPV cost, NRE cost, OT cost, RMA cost confirmation and management.
• OBS/aging inventory analysis
• Manage vendor relationship in cost/contract negotiation, business strategy planning, capacity utilization review, and NPI project ramp up.
• Conduct QBR and capability deep-dive assessment.
• Coordinate with Engineering and oversee all aspects of multiple projects including the requirement, project schedule and supply availability to ensure products are optimized for cost, supply chain flexibility and quality.
• Collaborate with supply chain/material planning teams to resolve shipment delivery relevant issues with CM.
• Support escalations with RMA and/or quality issues with suppliers
• BFT and ICT Cost and Timeline Management
• CM Management

Qualifications
• Hands-on Experience in manufacturing operation and component sourcing
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum 3 years of related experience in server or related industries
• Direct experience with PCBA & SMT processes is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills to handle delicate situations and resolve issues.
• English proficiency: TOEIC 800
• Logical thinking and communication
