What you'll do:

The Web & Digital Developer builds and maintains the web applications, portals, digital forms and templates that clients and their customers interact with, including bespoke applications.

The role also looks after the API and platform integrations behind these digital channels, connecting Chandler CX's platforms with client systems, delivery services, and reporting.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Web application development

• Design, build and maintain bespoke client web applications and portals, front end and back end.
• Build responsive, accessible user interfaces using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript on ASP.NET Core.
• Meet accessibility requirements (WCAG 2.1 AA), particularly for government clients.

Digital forms and templates

• Build and maintain digital forms, including validation, submission handling and data capture.
• Develop HTML email and SMS templates, including Razor-based conditional content.
• Ensure templates render correctly across email clients and devices.

Integration

• Build and maintain C#/.NET integrations with REST APIs, including document delivery platforms, member-system APIs using bearer authentication, and production-reporting APIs.
• Build and maintain SFTP transfers using key-based authentication and encryption.
• Handle JSON and XML data exchange, mapping and validation.

Platform, release and support

• Work with Azure SQL and Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines for web applications.
• Investigate and resolve web, form and integration issues within agreed timeframes.
• Apply secure coding practices and manage credentials, keys and client data safely.
  

Documentation and knowledge sharing

• Document applications, integrations, configuration and recovery procedures.
• Support upskilling of other developers in web and integration practices.

Successful candidates must have:

• 3+ years' experience as a web or full-stack developer.
• Front end: HTML5, CSS (including Bootstrap) and JavaScript (JS/jQuery), with experience in TypeScript or a modern framework (e.g. React, Angular or Blazor).
• Web back end: ASP.NET Core (MVC, Razor Pages or Web API).
• C#/.NET: building and maintaining production applications, services and utilities.
• T-SQL and SQL Server: writing, tuning and troubleshooting queries and stored procedures.
• Data formats: working confidently with JSON and XML.
• Source control and delivery: Git and Azure DevOps (or equivalent), including work tracking and CI/CD pipelines.
• REST API integration: consuming and building REST services, including bearer token authentication.
• Accessibility: building to WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Razor templating and HTML email development.
• Digital forms platforms or form builders.
• Secure file transfer: SFTP with key-based authentication and encryption.
• Email and SMS deliverability configuration (SPF, DKIM, email domains, SMS sender IDs).
• Azure App Service and Azure SQL.
• Experience building portals or online services for local government, superannuation or financial services.
• SSIS or Doc1 exposure, to support the Data & Composition developer.
• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
• Work Setup: Work Onsite
• Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
