While some event coordination is expected, a significant portion of the day-to-day responsibilities involves managing conference room bookings, responding to associate needs, and finding solutions/problem solving.- Coordinate and oversee program activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement program plans, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and high-level deliverables.
- Monitor program performance through data analysis, root cause identification, and reporting to senior leadership.
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates to build a high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold standards of ethics and integrity in all program activities.
- Identify improvement opportunities and recommend process enhancements to meet strategic goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
