This graduate programme offers hands-on experience in using data, statistics, and quantitative analysis to shape our customer experience strategy, marketing campaigns, and commercial initiatives.

You will be involved in the following activities and focus areas:

Understanding Our Market Opportunity

  • Analyze external data sources (economic, industry, government, healthcare, and NHS activity) to uncover market trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Assist with market sizing and share analysis, SWOT assessments, and the annual business planning process.

Understanding Our Customers

  • Gather and embed the voice of the customer into our business using targeted surveys and research to foster customer-centric decision-making.
  • Support delivery of a systematic approach to Customer Experience (CX) measurement and follow-up with our customers on their feedback.

Understanding the Competitive Landscape

  • Support the tracking of competitor developments in the UK and Ireland in a compliant manner to help guide competitive strategy and preserve our best-in-class offerings.

You will prepare and share insights across cross-functional teams, governance forums, and senior leadership. Expect to collaborate with global teams on common challenges.
