Food Services Assistant - 14 per hour, Kitchen and Cafeteria (LaborMax Staffing)

LaborMax Staffing is hiring dependable, customer-focused Food Service Assistants to support daily kitchen and cafeteria operations in the Kansas City area. This role keeps the food service environment clean, safe and efficient while serving students, staff and guests.

PAY
14.00 per hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with basic food preparation and meal assembly
Serve food in a timely and friendly manner
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, serving areas and dining spaces
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Restock supplies and assist with kitchen organization
Support team members to keep daily operations running smoothly

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Fast-paced kitchen or cafeteria setting
Standing for extended periods
May involve lifting, bending and repetitive tasks

REQUIREMENTS
Able to work in a team-oriented environment
Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
Good communication and customer service skills
Able to follow instructions and work efficiently
Reliable attendance and punctuality
