Requirements:

• Health & Safety: Experience with health & safety administration in a work environment.
• Administrative Experience: Minimum 1 year of administrative experience including computer work.
• Safety Commitment: Ability to successfully satisfy all company standards for safety-sensitive operational roles. 
• Reliability: Strong attendance record and flexibility to support operation needs.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare driver files, create health and safety materials and present to staff, ensure health and safety standards are complied with, follow up on training, etc.
• Service Quality: Maintain high health and safety standards, customer service standards, and vehicle cleanliness. 
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, municipal bylaws, company safety policies, and required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards. 
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Drivers and staff to support smooth, efficient daily operations. 
• Additional Duties: Perform other operational duties as assigned by leadership.
