Job Description
Responsible for client related finance matters including client reporting, client deliverable tracking, staff utilization tracking and client profitability analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration: work with Client Finance Manager to design and enhance client reporting formats that align with contractual obligations and business needs.
- Partnership: partner cross-functionally with account and project teams to ensure smooth processes are in place for staff utilization, deliverables tracking, and timely data capture.
- Reporting: prepare and deliver weekly client reports, leveraging SAP data to ensure accuracy, clarity, and actionable insights.
- Data validation: liaise with billing, production, and client teams to validate report data and maintain consistent, high-quality client reporting standards.
- Customer inquiries: respond promptly to client reporting inquiries, proactively resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction with timely and accurate information.
- Daily operations: maintain a solid understanding of daily financial operations, supporting Client Finance, Account Management, and Project Management functions effectively.
- Contract knowledge: understand the fundamentals of client contracts, and how they influence revenue recognition and financial reporting practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of work experience considered.
- Advanced English (oral and written skills).
- Budget and Forecast experience.
- SAP knowledge.
- Strong technical skills, especially Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Experience presenting financial information to non-financial teams.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Comfortable digging through large volumes of reporting for key operational findings.
