| NEOLYTIX Senior Associate – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) |
| DEPARTMENT Finance – FP&A | EXPERIENCE 3–5 Years | LOCATION Gurugram (WFO) | SHIFT 4:00 PM onwards IST |
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Monitor key financial metrics and surface insights into trends and variances.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets.
- Build financial forecasts, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Work with department heads to ensure budget adherence and provide variance analysis.
- Act as a financial business partner to departments across the organisation.
- Align financial goals with operational strategies across the USA, India, and the Philippines.
- Provide financial guidance to help teams achieve their business objectives.
- Develop and maintain pricing models for international markets.
- Conduct cost analysis and scenario planning to optimise financial performance.
- Recommend pricing adjustments based on market trends and business goals.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in financial planning and reporting.
- Implement best practices and drive continuous process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements across relevant jurisdictions.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- 3–5 years of relevant FP&A experience within the IT, BPO, or KPO industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural, geographically dispersed team.
- Hands-on expertise in international pricing and financial reporting.
- Experience with SAS and financial planning tools.
- Exposure to multi-geography operations (USA / India / Philippines).
- Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA).
