Position Summary

Account Executive

Working as part of the busy Customer Services team in Leeds, your role will be to ensure the smooth processing and manufacture of lottery scratchcards from order placement to fulfilment.

You would be assigned to your own customer accounts, from our valued client base throughout Europe. You would provide daily administrative support for customers, and collaborate with our sales colleagues and the production team in the UK to make sure all requirements are met. The role will involve creating and checking all customer and production related documentation, inspecting artwork and proofs, liaising with all internal departments and carrying out occasional press passes.

In order to be considered for this position you must possess the following:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide accurate and timely information to customers and sales colleagues
• The ability to work well as part of a team and build good relationships with customers and colleagues alike
• Strong attention to detail
• Superior time management skills and the ability to cope with tight and often conflicting deadlines
• Proven commitment to providing excellent customer service and the drive and enthusiasm to ‘go the extra mile’

Although not essential, we would welcome applicants with a second European language, preferably Italian. A background of working in the printing industry would also be advantageous.

In return you will have the opportunity to work in a unique role and gain great experience in a busy and friendly team, within a successful company. Furthermore, you will be given a competitive salary of £34,000 to £40,000 per annum, dependant on experience. You will also receive a generous annual leave entitlement of 26 days per year plus bank holidays, and a pension scheme with a company match of 6% of pensionable salary.
