Description
Responsible to manage overall EE Discrete Tester (ETS, FET, IP and OS)on tester Improvement, planned maintenance and competency of Technicians.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- To ensure all turret tester safe to operate with high availability, good reliability & appropriate quality performance and hence to ensure KPI Defined Fulfilled.
- Responsible overall Test Turret Tester maintenance systematic and activities in order to achieve best equipment efficiency.
- Troubleshoots and diagnoses major equipment problems. Investigate and implement counter-measures to prevent repetitive breakdowns to improve unscheduled downtime.
- Manage Test Maintenance cost to meet Month on Month TCR target.
- Implement and executing tester improvement topics to improve OverRejection LRR.
- Support new package ramp up and platform extension.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- University graduates under electrical/electronics background.
- Worked in testing environment under operations support.
- Strong analytical skills in tester.
- Product test troubleshooting with schematics guide.
- Add-on with Teradyne ETS, ipTester and turret experience.
