Salary: Up to $48,000 annually (based on experience), plus performance incentives.

What You'll Do

As Restaurant Store Manager, you'll lead your team to success by:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Coaching, developing, and motivating Associates
• Creating a positive, high-performing team culture
• Delivering exceptional Guest experiences
• Managing inventory, cash controls, scheduling, and daily reporting
• Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
• Driving sales and achieving restaurant performance goals

• Previous restaurant, retail, or hospitality management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for developing people and leading by example
