Staff or Senior Technical Application Engineer – Windows 11 PC Ecosystem (Australia)

Support enterprise customers trouble shooting and helping with detailed issue triage/analysis/resolution on BIOS/Driver. Support debugging enterprise application issues and collaborate with platform and technology teams. This includes reproducing the issues and helping with detailed issue triage/analysis/resolution. Analyze and root cause the application issue on customer software/hardware systems. Support Snapdragon eco system issue analysis and engagement. Application development, debugging, testing with C/C++ & familiarity with embedded system software. Experience with IT working and debugging issues in Window 11 environment and tools preferred. Driver debugging techniques, problem solving, and documentation skills. Debugging with tools such as WinDbg, MSFT Trace tool. Familiarity with Windows OS such as Windows drivers development or Windows debugging, or familiarity with Windows command lines tools such as PowerShell. Strong knowledge of C/C++ programming. Experience on window application developer a plus. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience. OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience. 2+ years of experience with window 11/10 troubleshooting with independent problem solving, etc. Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field 5 to 8 years of working experience including application engineering, Field application engineering on window 10/11 OS. Able to duplicate issue and analysis on customer side to identify solution by remotely support from internal team. Technical sales management expertise, the ability to manage change and the desire to operate effectively across organizations and customers Experience building complex solutions and driving new device adoption in Commercial accounts Experience in support of launching new technologies/products Ability to communicate, educate and evangelize both internally & externally Excellent communication and people skills Creative problem solving with strong analytical skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.
