Overview
As Director of Investor Relations, you'll lead Hadrian's investor engagement and capital-markets interface as we scale our autonomous manufacturing capabilities. You'll develop and execute IR strategy, craft compelling narratives about our defense-industrial transformation, and prepare key investor materials. The role requires 8+ years of IR, investment banking, or related finance experience, preferably in high-growth manufacturing. You'll collaborate with Finance, Strategy, and Communications teams while advising leadership on investor-facing matters and capital markets activities.
