Operating at the intersection of fintech, media, and data, the team is building systems that process real money at scale while maintaining strict compliance and reliability standards.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain internal systems powering exchange operations, including payment processing and reconciliation workflows
- Develop full-stack features across operational dashboards and backend services
- Design and implement APIs for transaction processing, third-party integrations, and internal tooling
- Collaborate closely with operations, compliance, and product teams to understand workflows and improve systems
- Ship production code frequently in a fast-paced, high-reliability environment
- Design systems that scale to high transaction volumes while maintaining auditability and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices
Ideal Background
- 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong full-stack development skills, particularly with TypeScript
- Solid backend experience with Go (or similar systems-level language)
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React (Next.js is a plus)
- Experience building data-heavy applications or internal operational tools
- Comfortable integrating external APIs and third-party services
- Strong communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally
- Bias toward action with a focus on shipping and iterating quickly
Preferred
- Experience working in fintech, payments, or regulated environments
- Familiarity with reconciliation systems, financial data models, or audit requirements
- Experience with MongoDB or similar databases
- Background building internal tools for operations or customer support teams
