The Impact You'll Make

As a Maintenance & Reliability Intern, you’ll be more than just an observer — you’ll be part of the team that keeps our facilities running like clockwork. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and technicians to analyze equipment performance, identify potential issues before they happen, and contribute to solutions that improve reliability, reduce downtime, and enhance safety.

What You'll Do

• Assist in preventive and predictive maintenance activities, including vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and lubrication checks.
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues on production equipment.
• Collect and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Participate in root cause failure analysis (RCFA) sessions and document findings.

• Help update and maintain maintenance records, work orders, and asset history in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams 

• To implement reliability improvement projects.

What You'll Bring

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.

• Strong analytical skills and a curiosity for how things work.

• Basic understanding of maintenance principles and industrial equipment (coursework or prior exposure is a plus).

• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis tools.

• A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
