Sales Development Representative -Portuguese Fluency

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Commercial / Business Development team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bogota, Colombia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This role is part of our sales development function and is focused on proactive prospecting, lead qualification, and meeting generation for the commercial team. You will help identify strategic companies, key decision-makers, and relevant influencers, contributing directly to pipeline growth and business expansion. The ideal candidate brings a consultative mindset, strong execution discipline, and a hunter orientation.

We will count on you to:

• Identify target companies aligned with the commercial strategy and build qualified prospect lists.
• Map decision-making structures, including final decision-makers, influencers, buying teams, and operational/technical stakeholders.
• Conduct outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other defined channels to qualify prospects.
• Assess prospect needs, priorities, context, and timing to determine commercial fit.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the commercial team and support attendance confirmation and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, update pipeline stages, and monitor conversion metrics.

What you need to have:

• Experience in active prospecting, lead qualification, pre-sales, SDR, inside sales, or commercial prospecting.
• Strong understanding of the commercial funnel and pipeline management.
• Ability to use CRM tools effectively and maintain data discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a consultative approach to selling.
