What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the lobby, offices, parking areas, and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and unusual behavior.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and support access control procedures for employees, visitors, and/or contractors.
• Observe the location for suspicious activity, unattended property, and facility issues, and communicate security-related information according to post orders and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess 3+ years of security-related, military, or law enforcement experience or an associate’s degree in criminal justice.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
