Join our Health and Public Service (H&PS) Industry Practice within Industry & Enterprise, where we help Ireland's clients on their change transformation journeys and do work that matters for the citizens of Ireland! Bring your passion and experience to deliver ground-breaking projects to support our clients, from industry consulting, strategic direction, to process improvement and technology transformations, while building your skills and capabilities.

Our team is made up of a diverse range of professionals, with a deep understanding and passion for transforming the way care is delivered.  They share experiences right across the healthcare environment – including clinicians, hospital operations, eHealth, commissioning – who work together to pioneer new ways to improve healthcare!

REQUIRED SKILLSET:

• Clinical background and profession, ideally in an Irish healthcare setting

• Experienced delivering change programmes in a healthcare setting

• Experienced working with and/or leading multidisciplinary teams in a healthcare setting

• Demonstrated facilitation experience in a healthcare setting

• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Recognised Clinical Qualification

• Master / Postgrad in Business preferred

• Experience working in healthcare setting
