Purpose of the role
To build and maintain the systems that collect, store, process, and analyse data, such as data pipelines, data warehouses and data lakes to ensure that all data is accurate, accessible, and secure.
Accountabilities
- Build and maintenance of data architectures pipelines that enable the transfer and processing of durable, complete and consistent data.
- Design and implementation of data warehoused and data lakes that manage the appropriate data volumes and velocity and adhere to the required security measures.
- Development of processing and analysis algorithms fit for the intended data complexity and volumes.
- Collaboration with data scientist to build and deploy machine learning models.

To be successful as a Software Product Engineer - AVP, you should have:
Significant experience in full stack development, with a primary focus on Angular for front-end development and Node.js for back-end services, with in-depth knowledge of React, Vue.js, Java, .NET, and Spring Boot
Proficiency in designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices within cloud-based environments
Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including data modeling, performance tuning, and optimization
Ample understanding of software engineering best practices, including Agile delivery methodologies, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, code quality standards, and secure software development practices
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Other highly valued skills include:
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with DevOps practices, infrastructure-as-code tools, and application monitoring and observability platforms
Experience working within financial services or other highly regulated industries, with an ample understanding of security, compliance, governance, and risk management principles
Considerable collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Minimum Salary: $120,000
Maximum Salary: $175,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
