SUMMARY:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator coordinates and executes all aspects of early-career and campus recruiting, including career fairs, university partnerships, internship program administration, and full-cycle hiring from requisition through offer. Serves as the primary point of contact for early-career and intern candidates, ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience while managing onboarding logistics, ATS data integrity, and recruitment reporting. Supports employer branding, DE+I initiatives, and provides operational support to the Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Communications or related field, or equivalent years relevant experience
Two (2) years relevant experience
Construction industry experience a plus
Ability to maintain confidential information
Previous ATS and HRIS experience desired
TECHNICAL JOB KNOWLEDGE:
Coordinates and executes all aspects of early-career and campus recruiting, including career fairs, information sessions, on-campus interviews, event logistics, and employer-brand visibility initiatives
Builds and maintains strong relationships with career services offices, faculty, student organizations, and university partners (3–5 core schools) to support sustainable early-talent pipelines
Manages the internship and early-career hiring process end-to-end, from requisition through offer, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and timely communication
Supports the design, administration, and continuous improvement of the internship program, including onboarding, orientation, engagement activities, performance checkpoints, and program closeout
Provides onboarding and orientation support for early-career hires, managing pre-hire paperwork, background checks, compliance steps, and first-week logistics to ensure a smooth transition
Serves as a first point of contact for early-career and intern candidates, delivering a positive, inclusive candidate experience and escalating complex matters as needed
Utilizes the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS to post roles, track candidates, maintain accurate data, and generate recruitment and program-related reports
Supports employer branding and early-career marketing efforts, including social media content, campus materials, and career-site updates aligned with company culture, values, and DE+I commitments
Leads and supports early-career engagement and retention initiatives
Provides administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams, including confidential data handling, coordination with HR partners, and ad-hoc reporting

The base salary (or hourly) range for this position is
$70,000.00 - $85,000.00DAVIS is committed to providing our employees with a competitive total compensation package that enhances your quality of life.
