Key Responsibilities:

Drive operation outcomes

• Coordinate with other MEK GSC leaders to set strategic direction for team, inline with area’s priorities and strategies.
• Set and lead teams through clearly defined annual targets rooted in objectives balancing quality, cost and consistency.
• Coordinate and be the bridge between key stakeholders to strengthen operation performance and deliver agreed KPI and great customer experience.
• Drive AI, automation initiative and continuous process improvement, standardization and optimization among GSC sites to boost productivity, control cost to serve and service failure.

Develop and sustain a capable organization

• Build teams capability with strong orientation towards delivering qualified work, contributing in customer experience and organization growth.
• Identify / attract and retain talent and equip them with an ambitious learning plan; offering constant opportunities to practice innovation and change leadership.
• Create an engaged environment where each members can shine their talent, explore their potential, be rewarded for their good work and improve their developing areas.

Drive transformation journey

• Lead/Support Maersk’s transformation journey: eg system implementation and adoption, AI/Automation projects
• Increase offshoring ratio by strengthen GSC structure and performance, support migration projects with committed timeline and quality

Qualification/s:

• Bachelor's Degree Graduated.
• At least 3 years’ experience with strong understanding in logistics/SCM industry.
• Good knowledge and experience in SCM process, system and exceptional handling.
• Good communication in both English and Vietnamese.
• Self-driven, manage stakeholders and team members toward common goals.
• Having track record in performance management and team development.
• High spirit of ownership, proactiveness, customer centricity.
• Good in problem solving, continuous improvement mindset.
