Tasks and Qualifications:
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and advise existing customers, with a primary focus on the Eastern Europe Market
- Generate leads for service contracts, repairs, spare parts, and modernization projects
- Work closely with the Technical Sales Manager to specify and define customer requirements
- Support the Back Office team in developing and preparing customer proposals
- Present solutions and proposals to customers
- Conduct contract negotiations
Your Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, qualification as a Sales Engineer, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, or in a similar role, preferably involving technical products and/or services
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong teamwork, analytical, customer-focused, and results-oriented skills
- Willingness to international travel, approximately 70% of the time
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage, particularly German and/or Polish.
