## Your Responsibilities
As a Forecast Analyst - Kits & Attachments for John Deere Turf Care located in Fuquay Varina, NC, you will:
- Develop and maintain forecasts for Golf product line kits and attachments using system-based and manual forecasting methods.
- Analyze demand trends, historical performance, and business inputs to adjust forecasts and support customer demand.
- Manage inventory levels while balancing supplier lead times, and inventory investment.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Management, Manufacturing, and Order Fulfillment teams to identify risks and drive planning decisions.
- Communicate forecast changes, inventory risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to forecasting, inventory management, and planning processes.

## What Skills You Need
- Experience in demand forecasting, inventory management, supply chain planning, order fulfillment, or related functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Experience using planning systems and data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
## What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience with forecasting methodologies and inventory optimization.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, or production planning processes.
- Experience with SAP, APO, IBP, or similar planning tools.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools to identify demand trends, forecast accuracy, inventory risks, and business impacts.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
## Education
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
