Pay Rate

• $31 – $44/hour (based on experience

• Same Day Pay for all Employees!

• PTO: 80 hours vacation + 40 hours sick time (rollover available)

Responsibilities

Registered Nurses (RNs) at Lorien are compassionate caregivers who bring kindness, patience, and empathy to every resident interaction. They are dedicated to delivering exceptional clinical care while creating meaningful connections that enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

 

Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

 

Schedule & Availability

• Full Time, Part-Time and PRN Hours

• Days, Evenings and Nights 

• Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)

Requirements

• Maryland RN license, valid and in good standing
• BLS certification required 

• Strong communication and clinical skills

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
