LOCATION: APPLY is hybrid/remote-friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in Latin America, preferably working in hours that align to PT (Pacific Timezone) or ET (Eastern Timezone). Candidates located in Santiago, Chile are able to work out of our Santiago office as remote/hybrid employees. Candidates located outside of Santiago, Chile will be fully remote employees.
THE ROLE:
As a Senior Product Manager / Product Consultant, you will act as a strategic advisor and hands-on leader for our client engagements, translating complex business needs into high-impact digital product strategies.
- Product Strategy & Vision: Build and champion product strategies throughout client engagements; brief and inspire internal multidisciplinary teams to deliver on that vision.
- Research & Discovery: Retrieve and analyze feedback from end-users, client stakeholders, and research. Facilitate alignment workshops to shape requirements, features, and end products.
- Roadmapping & Governance: Take full ownership of creating product plans and roadmaps with buy-in from executive stakeholders. Organize releases and priorities aligned with business ROI.
- PRD & Documentation: Prepare and review detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRD). Ensure requirements (business, UX, technical, non-functional, and operational) are meticulously documented, communicated, and kept up to date.
- Measurement & Optimization: Define measurement plans and KPIs for digital products. Analyze usage data to continuously recommend product iterations and expansion.
- Consultative Execution:** Act as a strategic partner—not an order-taker. Navigate constraints, resolve conflicting requirements, and drive measurable value for both client and customer.
