YOUR MISSION
- Ingresar las órdenes de venta en el sistema enviadas por el equipo comercial y coordinar con almacén para su despacho.
- Realizar la solicitud de muestras de los clientes y coordinar la devolución.
- Enviar información al equipo comercial (órdenes de venta enviadas al almacén).
- Informar al equipo de ventas sobre problemas en las órdenes, faltantes, precios, validez de órdenes, con detalle a nivel de producto.
- Realizar la liberación de órdenes del sistema que no han sido completamente facturadas en coordinación con el almacén.
YOUR TALENT
- Estudiantes de últimos ciclos (9no o 10mo) o recién egresados de las carreras de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o afines.
- Deseable experiencia en administración, logística, o soporte a equipos comerciales.
- Excel intermedio avanzado
- Inglés intermedio
- Power BI intermedio (deseable)
